Sailing Vessel Wolf Construction

2012 - 2019

S/V Wolf is a custom-built expedition sailboat constructed to the highest standards to achieve virtually unlimited range and operational extent. Engineered for high-latitude missions, Wolf has proven her capabilities in the icy waters of Glacier Bay National Park and the storm bound coastal waters of the PNW. Safety aboard is the greatest virtue of Wolf, with the greatest considerations taken for the sail plan, ground tackle, man-over-board prevention, systems integrity, etc.

John is the co-designer, builder & captain of S/V Wolf, with over 20,000NM logged since launching in 2019.

Tenant Improvement Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment for Bluewater

2014 - 2016

Design & fabrication of both metal & wood furnishings. Construction of steel fabrication components for distillation operation & facility. From milling raw wood slabs to welding structural steel - the entirety of Bluewater was constructed with great passion & vision.

From design concepts to 3D rendering, John moved into the fabrication and carpentry stage to create a bespoke environment that feels incomparably unique.

Motor Vessel Raven Construction

2020 - 2021

A 21’ utility vessel built by-hand from aluminum alloy, Raven is a high-performance, fuel efficient vessel with a design that adds safety & competency in the most troubled waters. Raven was designed by Matahil Lawson of Tofino, BC and constructed by John Lundin.

Residential Construction, Vildmark Estate

2021 - 2025

Designed by John Lundin, with architectural specifications by Johnston Architects. Vildmark is constructed on a private island in the Puget Sound. Vildmark, Swedish for Wild Land or Wilderness, was largely constructed by the owner, achieving a masterful execution of the Pacific Northwest rustic modern ethos. An energy code compliant structure, Vildmark also features passive solar orientation in addition to a large solar array.
